5 simple ways to decorate your wedding with… moss

Jeyyy, the New Years Eve is rapidly approaching!! Have you already made some big plans for the 2017?? Well, I guess you all already know the main plan of Pantone (I mean, you are familiar with their color of the next year), don’t you? So… That means that next year MRS Greenery is going to have a special place near the main table of wedding decorators. This was the main reason I was wandering what greenery I could use for winter or early spring wedding here, in Lithuania (the second reason was that there isn’t much greenery here at this time of the year, ha). And then my eyes stumbled at the bright green moss on the roof of old house here in the native country of my husband (we are spending our winter holiday here). And the best part about the moss for decor is their cheapness. Actually you can bring some from the forest for free (however, at first you must find out if it is legal to collect moss in your country and where you can do that) and let them dry at home away from direct sunlight in a well-ventilated area. Oh, that would be perfect decor for forest themed wedding, right?? So now I’ll try to take you further down to the rabbit hole… Here some simple ideas how to use this small green flowerless plant for decoration art:

       1. Make original ring holder

Grab your ring pillow, the green thread and some beautiful moss and make the most special forest inspired ring holder ever.
