I haven’t write about any photography ideas for Newlyweds for a while now. Please let me fix this! However, everything starts with a spark of inspiration, so…
Last week I had an amazing opportunity to work with an extraordinary travel agency. Their team is organising the jaw-drop worthy group tours to Lapland, Finland (yes – you’ve guessed it – Santa Claus and his famous reindeer live in there). Of course, I wouldn’t be myself, if I didn’t use this experience as inspiration to write a new post…
So, the idea is super simple! If you are having a winter wedding in a place that has all four seasons, i.e. snow is most likely to cover the grounds during winter months (like in North Europe, for example), consider having a photo shoot with (I bet you’ve guessed it once again) a herd of deer!
Obviously, wild animals won’t arrive to a dedicated place in the local forest just to see the happy couple, ha ha. They are just wild and free, you know, right? Therefore, you will need to find a special place, where these amazing animals are kept and taken care by humans. Try to find a local wildlife park or deer farm and contact the administration to find out if there is a possibility to have few pictures with these graceful forest animals. However, it is possible that you will be asked to pay for the photo shoot. Or maybe in return for the opportunity you’ll be kindly asked to donate some food for these beauties (this would be a very nice gesture of yours indeed). No matter what you will be asked to do, please believe me, it’s worth it!
