Enjoying so called January blues? Ha, I know, very strange question. Usually this thing is perceived as bad one. It is cold outside, trees have no leaves, flowers are not blooming, we feel down etc. However, I believe that this melancholic period is somehow useful for us. At least we should try to be more connected with nature. Are you running all the time and missing harmony in your life? Then maybe it is time for rest! And to give some rest for your eyes! What I mean… if you don’t want to see all those crazy bright colours in your wedding, it’s completely fine! Use some calming blue shades, for example. You can always easily warm them up with some natural earthy shades.
Well, let’s find some ideas in the mood board below!
Oh, but first I must confess that it was inspired by this amazing picture of spectacular rooftop made by amateur photographer Safal Karki from Napal ⬇️
Nice view, isn’t it?
So… This earthy blue design is all about natural luxury materials like leather and wood and about trying to express their real and simple beauty without covering them. So no artificial backdrops or draperies here, even tablecloths. However, the garlands of fabric tassels in matching colours and different textures could be amazing eye catching addition to the design in very much bohemian vibe. Also think some natural leather envelops for stylish invitations, leather name cards, brownish bamboo plates, homemade crusty pies for desert table, designer made black chandeliers, cream and white florals, white wooden tables, blue glassware and a live band playing wooden instruments dressed in light blue shirts…

And what I love the most is the idea of the bride to dress a light BROWN leather jacket instead of black one!
Is it just me who thinks that black biker jackets are so common these days for weddings that make all outfit so predictable and a bit boring?!
