When one prefers big (bouquet) instead of little

Beautiful bride with bouquet on the field close up. Honeymoon in Alpian mountains

It’s raining here in Lithuania for about two weeks now so all nature has already recovered after previous really hot period. And you know there is so much lush, bright greenery and beautiful flowers around. It would be a sin not to use it, right? This is where the inspiration this time came from. The garden full of summer plants and a stripe of matching wide ribbon is actually all that you need. Well, I must add that it would be great to have some knowledge about matching colours. Or… A professional florist, some money and a vision of huge bouquet is all that you need. Huh. And yes, I know, that modern brides usually chose little, elegant wedding bouquets. And that, as a matter of fact, is the most comfortable option to carry with you long hours. Yeh… But look at the photo above once again, please. What a huge, lush, vivid and at the same time subtle piece of floral art! And there are some hydrangeas which are my favourite flowers (sorry for some really subjective rating here…). But it is said that these flowers are really good option for the brides of second half summer because it a season of the hydrangeas (at least in Lithuania). As I know there are species that flowers from early spring to late autumn. Also they are quite long lasting and relatively cheap flowers: after all you have one stem with a big raceme so (logically) you don’t need many hydrangeas for your project and you have to pay only for few of them. It’s a great decision for those who want to decorate their wedding with fresh flowers. Moreover, they are almost irreplaceable if you want to have a blue bouquet.

As always you can find some gorgeous hydrangea’nous ideas on Pinterest. For example, you can decorate your wedding cake or chairs with these beauties. Simple and beautiful. Oh, Pinterest is sometimes a real temple of masterpieces. Ok, now wish me good luck, please. Yesterday I bought some little gorgeous succulents. Now I’m gonna grab my imagination and make some beautiful indoor composition in a beautiful flowerpot. Bye bye, my flower lowers!
